Damien Murray

Damien is MAC's Finance Officer.  He has a number of years experience in Finance & Project management  and identifies with MAC's mission to empower young people override their challenges. He is also a sideline Entrepreneur and has lived in Cardiff for 3 years.

Linda Bryan

I have been with MAC since the start, when it was just Nick and I trawling around looking for a suitable location. I do all the general administration, answering the phone, issuing travel funds to our students, and general everyday forms like registers and letters.
In my leisure time I enjoy cooking, spending time outdoors, especially if the sun is shining. I like gardening and decorating, but mainly through necessity! I also have three grandchildren who keep me on my toes!

I was born in England but have been in Wales for nearly all of my life, so consider myself adopted Welsh.

I try very hard to stay young at heart and ignore my age, at MAC every day is different and sometimes very challenging, but this all helps to keep me young. I hope to remain here as long as I'm able as I really enjoy it, especially the people I work with.

Melanie Holdsworth

Melanie joined MAC in November 2015 as the Criminal Justice Unit Administrator. Previously she spent 14 years working for the civil service mainly in project related work. She has also enjoyed a number of voluntary experiences with local charities and schools. Melanie has a BA (Hons) degree in Theatre and Media Drama with English studies and in her spare time enjoys exercise and musical theatre - both watching and performing.
