Nick Corrigan - Director
Nick has worked in the Voluntary and Statutory Sectors for the last 20 years. With an initial background in Young People's Drug and Alcohol Services working across England, Scotland and Wales. Nick graduated to managing more generic Youth Services particularly those relating to young people who are NETLE (Not in Employment, Training Learning or Education) and the criminal justice system.
Currently Nick sits on the Children and Families Programme Board for the Cardiff Partnership Board and is Vice-Chair for Cardiff's Third Sector Council (C3SC). Nick enjoys Travel and Pizza.

Sam Heatley - Triage Manager
Sam has worked for MAC for the last four years, originally joining the organisation as a Triage Case Worker, before being promoted to the post of Triage Manager. Sam's role is to ensure that the Triage team meet the needs of victims, young people, families and communities who have been affected by crime across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

Darryl Wakelin - Head of Education and Training

Darryl is really old, and can remember black-and-white TV. He's been teaching for 20 years and also makes videos, music and sounds for anyone who'll pay him. He once accidentally offended a Nun, has played indoor cricket with Eddie Izzard, and is obsessed with old synthesisers.

Rebekah Davies- Arts for All and Switch Manager
Rebekah manages the Arts for All activities and Switch Talent Agency at MAC. Before joining the team, Rebekah worked as a touring Musical Theatre performer and professional Stage Manager before training to become a teacher. Rebekah has worked as a freelance drama facilitator as well as in Education and Outreach at various Theatres and Arts Centres. Throughout her career, Rebekah has worked with young people from all backgrounds and believes that the arts should be accessible for everybody.
