10-17 Triage
Chris Conway
Chris is a 10-17 Triage case manager. He is a film and video graduate from the University of Glamorgan. After leaving university he set up multiple production ventures including 21 Grams, a production company that specialises in promotional material and Secret Sounds; an online music based programme.
Chris spends his time playing role playing games on his computer, reading books about zombies and buying the newest technology; he likes to pretend he isn't a bit nerdy but deep down he knows the truth.

Erin Symons
Erin's role at MAC is a 10-17 Triage case manager. Erin previously worked in Michaelston Community College and St David's Catholic College as an instructor delivering the Welsh Baccalaureate. She has been a youth worker for over 20 years within communities all over Cardiff and has met fascinating people!

Rachel Woods
Rachel works within the 10-17 Triage team as a case manager. She is currently studying a post graduate diploma in youth and community work and was on student placement with the Triage team since 2014. Rachel previously undertook a sports and physical education degree and has always been passionate about working with young people.

18-25 Triage
Stacey Davies
Stacey joined MAC in June 2017 as one of the 18-25 Triage case managers in Swansea. Prior to joining Triage she worked with Womens Aid as a Domestic Abuse support worker in Swansea for 5 years. Stacey also has experience of working with adults who have substance misuse issues. Stacey is excited about this new opportunity to work with young adults to empower them to make positive change.

Amanda Bevan
Amanda is an 18-25 Triage case manager. Amanda was a volunteer for the youth offending service for 5 years. She qualified in 2009 as a youth worker. She has recently qualified as a personal fitness instructor which she hopes to be using with the young people she works with.

Ashleigh Lawson
Ashleigh has a degree in Psychology, and has recently finished a Masters in Forensic Psychology. She worked with the Youth Offending Service for four years before joining us January 2016 as an 18-25 Triage case manager for Swansea. Ashleigh has been travelling around Asia, Australia and India, and her two dogs are practically her children.

Leanne Martin
Leanne is one of MAC's 18-25 Triage case managers for Bridgend. She graduated from Plymouth University with a BSc in Criminal Justice with Social Justice and Human Rights. Since then Leanne has worked with substance users of all ages within secure settings and the community, helping them with all aspects of their lives. Leanne has also spent time working on a 24hr advocacy helpline.

Emma Mullins
Emma is a 1825 Triage Case Manager for Swansea. She previously studied Criminology and Criminal Justice in Swansea university and has a strong interest in diverting young adults away from crime. Before joining MAC, she worked as a Family Support Officer for a children's charity. Emma has spent many years doing volunteering work with the NSPCC, Involve and the Youth Offending Service based in Swansea. Emma thrives on helping people make positive life choices and is passionate about enhancing the quality of life of others.

Laura Burdett
Laura is an 1825 Triage case manager based in Swansea Police station. Laura has previously worked for a charity in Swansea as a mental health support worker and has lots of experience working within the mental health system. Laura has a degree in Health and social care and wants to make a difference to young people's lives and reduce stigma relating to mental health.
